About Jake's Home Services

Our story

Jake's Home Services is the new name of Jake's Heating & Air. If you know us by the old name, you are in the right place. We are based at 803 Tennessee Rd in Erwin, Tennessee, and we serve Erwin, Unicoi County and the surrounding East Tennessee communities with heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical.

Jake's is a family-owned and family-operated home services company, backed by the same family behind Pike Plumbing in Western North Carolina. A new building is coming soon, so we can be closer to the neighborhood and serve you better.

That means local people who answer the phone, show up on time and stand behind their work, because this is our community too.

What we do

We handle heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical for the whole house. Our Home Care 360 membership puts one technician on all three trades: two visits a year, cooling in the spring and heating in the fall, with electrical and plumbing inspected once a year. Somebody finally sees the whole house.

How we work

• You get the options in plain language before work starts.
• You approve a firm price before we begin.
• One team and one phone number for heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical.
• Home Care 360 puts one technician on all three trades, so somebody finally sees the whole house.
