Message frequency

Service messages are sent as needed for your appointment or membership. Marketing messages are no more than one a week and are never sent after hours. If you also gave us your email address, the same limits apply to our marketing emails.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages according to your plan. We do not charge you for messages.

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages; you will get one confirmation and then no more. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 423-948-8016. You can opt back in at any time by using the form below or by telling us.

Consent
