I called Jakes Heating and Air when I noticed that the unit in the garage was leaking water. Not knowing anything about HVAC repairs, I thought the worst. The tech arrived just a few hours after my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem; a blocked drain in a pump outside the unit. The repair was quick and the price was reasonable. When I told the tech he could have easily sold me new unit, he said “I couldn't do that, I have to sleep at night.” I'd recommend Jakes to anyone that asks!

I left a voicemail about our problem and it was returned in less than 30 minutes. … They listened to our description of the symptoms and noises and were able to quickly and correctly diagnose our problem.
