Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use apply to your use of this website and to service requests you make through it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; you can always call us instead. “We” means Jake's Home Services.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes, such as learning about our services, requesting service and joining Home Care 360. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or misleading information. Content on this site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Service requests and scheduling
A request through this site is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you and agree on a time. Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. After hours, we take emergency calls for no heat, no cooling, and water leaks only. Scheduling depends on availability, weather and the nature of the problem.
Estimates, pricing and payment
We give you a firm price and ask you to approve it before work starts. Our dispatch fee is $99 on weekdays. For an after-hours emergency (no heat, no cooling, or a water leak) the fee is $149, and it is waived if you buy the job. Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Payments are processed by third-party providers, currently Jobber and Payzer (a service of WEX). Card and bank details are entered on the provider's own pages and are handled under its terms and privacy policy.
Home Care 360 Membership
Home Care 360 is $24.95 a month, billed monthly. The membership has a 12-month term that renews automatically for another 12 months unless you cancel with 30 days' notice. Members pay no weekday dispatch fee and receive 15% off repair parts; the discount does not apply to labor or to equipment. Plan visits are inspections and routine maintenance, and repairs, parts and equipment are not included. You will receive the full membership agreement to review and sign before your membership starts, and that agreement controls if it differs from this summary.
Offers and promotions
Offers are limited to one per job and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless the offer says otherwise. We may change or end an offer at any time.
Financing
Financing options are not available yet. If we offer financing in the future, it will be provided by third-party lenders under their own terms, and approval will be up to the lender.

Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided “as is.” Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for an inspection by a qualified technician. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our responsibility for work performed at your home is set out in your estimate, invoice or membership agreement, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date below shows the current version.
