The tech arrived just a few hours after my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem; a blocked drain in a pump outside the unit. The repair was quick and the price was reasonable. The electrical division of Jake's Heating and Air sent Brennan Anders out today to troubleshoot and repair outlets on our front and back porch. He tracked down the problem and repaired it. He was extremely polite, did a great job and cleaned up as well. His priority was to fix it the right way and do a neat job.
