What we take emergency calls for
- No heat: the furnace or heat pump quit and the house is getting cold.
- No cooling: the air conditioner is out and the house is not safe or comfortable.
- Water leaks: a burst pipe, a failed water heater or water where it should not be.
Everything else is scheduled during our regular business hours. Electrical problems are urgent daytime service, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, not an after-hours emergency call. If there is smoke, sparking or fire, call 911 first.
